We are now offering to start dogs from our litters for clients that want started dogs. We will housebreak, obedience train, expose the pup to gunshots, water, and birds. We can usually have your pup ready to hunt and retrieve birds by the time it is 6-8 months old if we start it's training at 8 weeks. Please contact us for more details and pricing for this service. We can have pro trainers train a dog for you. They start training at 5-6 months and take 4-6 months to have a dog ready for basic hunting or hunt tests. We also have a black male from the Tesla/Deuce litter that is being started. It is house broken, started on obedience and doing short marked retrieves. It will start bird work during Feb. 2010. This pup is very intelligent and quick to learn. He has a good nose as well as good drive. He could be running APLA events this spring. This pup has now been sold!
